Steelhead in OregonIf your fishing background would like these to be your hands releasing this wild steelhead then Check out what we have to offer.

DESCHUTES (Boat Options: Condor, Driftboat, Sweepboat)

The Deschutes lives up to its Native American era meaning: 'River of the Falls'. The mouth is located just above the now-submerged fishing site at Celilo Falls on the Columbia River. This powerfully descriptive name gives a clue to the nature of the river itself. It's tumbling water and natural spawning gravel have served to nurture fine rainbow and steelhead fisheries. To preserve these fisheries, fishing from a boat is prohibited.

Fly fish for native rainbows or catch and keep a few hatchery rainbows for a streamside lunch.

driftboatThe McKenzie Driftboat:
These 16 foot white water craft allow comfortable seating for 2 or 3 passengers. They are specifically designed for stand up fly casting as we drift down stream. They are suited for class I to IV whitewater. Although fishing has been the primary use for this craft, it makes a wonderful avenue for that "special" evening drift or day picnic.
